Charges against a White Plains man have been dismissed in a case first reported in January.

Diego Fernandez Quintero was accused of breaking into his ex's home and raping her. But all charges, including rape, have now been dropped.

That was confirmed by the Westchester District Attorney's Office and White Plains City Court.
