Residents in Montebello are demanding changes after a grandmother was hit and killed while crossing the street to get her mail on Monday.
Faith Leigh suffered serious injuries after being struck by a car on Route 202, and later died at the Westchester Medical Center
Neighbors say the road is dangerous, and some residents have to cross the road to get their mail. "It's strange to have mailboxes across the street. The mailboxes should be on the same side of the road as her home," says neighbor Maryelena Chase.
Funeral services for Leigh are set for Saturday morning in Suffern.
