A ceremony was held Tuesday to remember a man who was gunned down in Yonkers three years ago.
The 23-year-old, who attended Saunders High School, was an Oakland A's prospect.
Four people are now serving time in connection to his slaying.
The ceremony took place on Water Grant Street, and featured balloons strung together like rosary beads that were released into the sky.
City Hall honored Nolan by its green and blue lights on Tuesday. The green for the Oakland A's and blue was his high school color.
