Catskill Mountain Railroad goes green with 100% biodiesel fuel

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, using 100% biodiesel reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 74% compared to regular diesel fuel.

A popular tourist attraction in the Hudson Valley is doing its part to protect the environment.
The Catskill Mountain Railroad is now running its trains on 100% biodiesel fuel.
We're told it's the first tourist railroad in the U.S. to do so.
According to the U.S. Department of Energy, using 100% biodiesel reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 74% compared to regular diesel fuel.
