2 teens charged for allegedly stabbing 13-year-old boy in Soundview
The boys - 14 and 15 years old - are accused of attacking the victim at around 5:30 p.m. Saturday. It happened in front of the C-Town supermarket on Westchester Avenue, steps from Morrison Avenue-Soundview subway station.
