Carmel police say they've arrested a suspect wanted in a fatal hit-and-run crash Friday night.

James Crecco Sr., 61, was killed in the crash after being struck on South Lake Boulevard in Mahopac around 8 p.m.

News 12 is told he died at Westchester Medical Center following the crash.

A GoFundMe has been set up for Crecco.

The immediate details surrounding the arrest have not yet been made available.
