The owner of three car dealerships, including one in White Plains, is agreeing to pay more than $13 million for scamming customers.
Paragon Motors runs White Plains Honda on Central Avenue as well as two dealerships in Queens.
The attorney general says the company charged customers hidden fees, including credit repair and identity theft prevention services.
As part of the investigation, 11 other dealerships including Westchester Autoplex in New Rochelle, have also been served for similar practices.
