Three Westchester women are using their love of cooking to inspire others fight cancer.
The authors of the book "Stupid Simple Recipes" greeted people at the Westchester Mall in White Plains over the weekend.
Not only did the women sign copies of their book but offered up tasty samples of their recipes. "It feels wonderful it really feels wonderful, we love it," says co-author Jill Valaro.
All three authors are themselves cancer survivors and say they will donate 25 percent of their book profits to cancer research.
