A Bronx native and Westchester County business owner held a winter giveaway Wednesday.

Shantell Quiles and her daughter gave away coats and toys to the community at the Castle Hill Avenue subway station.

Quiles owns Bougie Barbie Cosmetics in Mount Vernon and says it's important to make everyone feel cared for this time of year.
