A local gallery is showcasing a variety of Bronx-related art in celebration of its 25th anniversary.The Longwood Art Gallery is housed at Hostos Community College. Longwood?s first director, Fred Wilson, currently has an exhibit at the museum. He is showcasing black items such as black Bathazar Kings, black t-shirts, Black Panther comics and a Black Panther vacuum cleaner. Organizers say other exhibits such as posters depicting political unrest are a powerful outlet of expression through art.The exhibit will remain up until March 10 and is free for all visitors.
