A22-year-old British tourist, Thomas Robb, has pleaded guilty to a serious car crash in Rockland County after driving the wrong way on Route 303 in Blauvelt and striking two cars in 2022, officials said.

The incident critically injured two children, prompting Robb to flee the country using his twin brother’s passport after making bail.

Extradited back to the United States in January, Robb is scheduled to be sentenced in May.
