Dozens of residents were forced out of their apartments Monday after police say they found a man's dead body and a homemade pipe bomb in the Bronxville Road building. Investigators say 32-year-old Richard Muse shot himself in the head with a .45-caliber handgun. Muse?s mother called 911 when she came home and found her son lying dead on the floor. When police searched Muse's room they found a homemade pipe bomb. The building was evacuated and the Westchester County Police Department Bomb Squad was called in to detonate the explosive device. An autopsy is being performed, but police say it appears to be suicide.
