A body was found along the Bronx River Parkway near the Yonkers-Scarsdale border, police say.
The body was spotted by a driver going southbound on the parkway and noticed the dead body near an overpass on the parkway around 5 a.m. Saturday. The overpass is located near the exit for Scarsdale Road.
News 12 is told that the body is that of a white or Hispanic middle-aged man.
Police say there are no obvious signs of trauma and it doesn't appear he was hit by a car.
The parkway was shut down for a period of time while officials investigated.
The Westchester medical examiner has not yet determined the cause of death.
