A web series dedicated to family life and bocce ball is being filmed this weekend at Mount Vernon's Hartley Park.
"Bocce Ballers" is based loosely on writer Amanda D'Aquila's in-laws and is beginning its second season.
"It's such a community feel. People getting together, both yell at each other and love each other, which goes along with the story we're telling," said D'Aquila.
The crew fell in love with the Hartley Park bocce court, where regular players like Nick Chiarulli even landed a cameo part.
"It's wonderful. We want to get this out to the public that this is a beautiful place to come and enjoy yourself," said Chiarulli.
The crew is currently looking for extras to appear in upcoming shows.
