The Biden administration wants to make changes to private Medicare plans.

The proposals are meant to increase awareness of the extra benefits available to seniors.

For example, benefits like access to behavioral health care, fitness and dental plans are marketed, but not frequently used.

The administration says the goal is to ensure the federal funding going into these benefits, gets to seniors.
