An assistant baseball coach at Fox Lane High School pleaded guilty in connection with an incident at a birthday party.

Robert DiFiore, 60, pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment last week in Mount Pleasant Town Court, according to the Westchester District Attorney's Office.

DiFiore was working as a DJ at a party in Thornwood last July when he allegedly grabbed two boys after the boys allegedly threw candy at him. A criminal complaint stated the boys experienced difficulty breathing and physical pain.

As part of his plea, DiFiore received a one-year conditional discharge, meaning he must stay out of trouble for a year or return to court. A permanent order of protection for the boys was also issued.

News 12 has reached out to the school district for comment but have not heard back.
