The attorney representing the family of two Yonkers men who died in the Taconic State Parkway crash disputed the claim made by the driver's husband that his wife did not drink or smoke marijuana. Irving Anolik says Daniel Schuler and his attorney downplayed Diane Schuler's drinking and drug problem during their press conference Thursday.Anolik, who represents the relatives of Michael and Guy Bastardi, believes that police and three different laboratories didn't make a mistake, concluding that Schuler had more than two times the legal limit of alcohol in her blood, as well as THC, at the time of the crash that killed eight people.
