Family and friends said their final goodbyes Wednesday to the man killed in a shooting in a Mount Vernon barbershop.
Coray Kidd, 25, was shot three times June 21 while still in the chair. Kidd's father pleaded for help in catching the killer as his son was laid to rest in White Plains. Friends say the questions still surrounding Kidd's death are making it harder for the family to find closure. Kidd was brought to Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx and died soon after.
Police still have no suspects but say they believe Kidd was a targeted victim. Kidd was said to have helped renovate the church where his funeral was held. He leaves behind a 16-month-old daughter.
