Students graduating from Sarah Lawrence College on Friday received an unexpected surprise.
Alumna Barbara Walters was in attendance to wish graduates a wonderful fulfilling life and present the school with a gift - archives of her work as a television journalist.
Students told News 12 that they were inspired to see such a successful alumna.
Key note speaker Fareed Zakaria, a CNN host and author, shared the importance of a liberal arts education with the graduates.
