Heavy downpours and wet roads have wreaked havoc throughout Westchester County Wednesday morning.
Traffic was backed up for hours on I-287 in Harrison after a car spun out and forced a tanker-truck off the road. The truck crashed through a guardrail and a fence and hit another vehicle. Several lanes were closed near 9A on I-287 after the accident.
Meanwhile, all lanes of the Bronx River Parkway at Main Street in White Plains were closed due to flooding, but have since reopened.
