A Westchester auto dealership will have to pay up $170,000 in a settlement reached with the state Attorney General's Office.
Westchester Toyota on Central Avenue in Yonkers was accused of charging a hefty fee to consumers who purchased a vehicle when their leases expired.
Buyers were never told about a bogus fee in which they got nothing in return.
Under the settlement, the money will go to 228 customers. The dealership will also pay penalties to the state.
