Crime Stoppers is offering a reward to help find the person or persons responsible for a deadly shooting in Newark.

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest.

Police say Jaheem Futrell, 22, was gunned down on the 300 block of South 8th Street just before 11 p.m. on March 2, 2024.

Officials are urging anyone who might have information about the shooting to call the prosecutor’s tip line at 1-877-TIPS-4EC or 1-877-847-7432. All calls will be kept confidential.
