'Out of the Darkness Walk' events in the Hudson Valley raise awareness of suicide prevention

ATVs are now banned from public property in Yorktown.

The new rule comes after an incident last August when an ATV hit a Yorktown man at Hunter Brook Field.

In addition to ATVs, Jeeps, 4x4s and trucks are also banned from town park trails.

Violators face a $500 fine for the first offense and up to $1,000 for repeat violations.
