A new travel destination is being added to
Stewart International Airport.
Atlantic Airways will now offer nonstop service from
the Orange County airport to the Faroe Islands.
Stewart is the first airport in the U.S. to offer
nonstop flights to the islands, which are part of the Kingdom of
Denmark.
The weekly service will be available from Aug. 22 to Oct. 4.
Tickets are expected to go on sale May 15.
