Westchester County Executive George Latimer will take center stage as one of the honorees, alongside state Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins.
Both will be acknowledged for their significant leadership and unwavering support for the arts in Westchester and the Hudson Valley.
Latimer, during his tenure as county executive, notably amplified fiscal backing through initiatives like the Arts-W-Challenge Grants Program and Arts-Mobile, emphasizing the integral role of the arts in Westchester's distinctiveness and success.
The Arts Rock Gala commences at 6 p.m. at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, with tickets available for purchase at the door.
