An elderly woman is lucky to be alive after rescue workers pulled her lifeless body from a two-alarm blaze Thursday.The blaze broke out shortly after 6 a.m. at 730 Pelham Road. Firefighting crews broke down a third-floor apartment door, where they found Eleanor Katayama unconscious and without a pulse. Rescue workers were able to revive her.Fire officials say the fire appeared to be coming from within the walls, and was most likely an electrical fire. Crews went floor-to-floor using thermal imaging cameras to make sure they extinguished the fire at the source. Katayama was taken to a hospital, but details of her condition have not been released.
