A second lawsuit was filed Monday related to the fatal Orange County bus crash involving the Farmingdale High School band.
It claims negligence against the Nesconset-based bus company Regency Transportation and the driver of the bus, Lisa Schaffer, of Centereach.
The summons was filed on behalf of a student on board the bus and his father.
It claims the student suffered multiple fractures, severe head trauma and other injuries.
