An alleged stalker of customers inside a local CVS Pharmacy in Ossining was tracked down by police.
The police received his license plate number after one of the customers wrote it down. Around 3 a.m. Sunday. 48-year-old, Jose Custodio of Tarrytown was pulled over while driving along South Highland Avenue. Arsenals of weapons were found in his car. They included six assault rifles, thousands of rounds of ammo, knives, bullet proof vests and night-vision binoculars.
Custodio, a former worker at a local nursing home, told police that collecting weapons was a hobby for him. Detectives say he was also arrested back in 1986 for carrying a rifle on school grounds. The case is still under investigation.
