A City of Poughkeepsie man on probation was arrested for the second time in four weeks for allegedly continuing to sell narcotics while on supervised release.
The Dutchess County Drug Task says Michael Graham, 37, was arrested "again" Oct. 18 during a probation check-in and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance. They say he was originally charged Sept. 14 on drug charges and released.
The Drug Task Force wrote a statement on Facebook Wednesday about the back-to-back arrests.
"Despite the limitations of the current New York state law regarding drug offenses, the Drug Task Force has pledged to aggressively target drug dealers who choose to continuously sell poison to our vulnerable community members despite law enforcement intervention."
Dutchess County officials say Graham was remanded to Dutchess County Jail without bail.
