Activists in the Hudson Valley are getting ready to march across the Mario Cuomo Bridge.
Final preparations will take place at 6 p.m. today at the Nyack Center to prepare for tomorrow's demonstration.
The demonstrators will be making signs and showing support and unity.
The march is intended to bring awareness to issues facing black women in suburban New York.
