Police are searching for the person linked to a chain snatching outside a liquor store earlier in March in Mott Haven.
According to the NYPD, the person snatched a chain off a man's neck, then attempted to punch him afterward.
The liquor store was located on St. Ann’s Avenue. Police say the incident happened on March 9.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
