A woman who was injured last week in a horrific crash in Newburgh has died.

Police say two cars collided on Aug. 31 at the intersection of Robinson Avenue and Gidney Avenue, sending two people to the hospital.

One of the victims, an 84-year-old woman, succumbed to her injuries on Sunday.

There is no word on what caused the crash.
