Seven years ago, Eugene Palmer allegedly shot and killed 39-year-old Tammy Palmer outside her home in Stony Point. He has not yet been found.

Eugene Palmer faces a murder charge in connection with Palmer's death on Sept. 24, 2012. He has been on the FBI's "Ten Most Wanted" list since May 2019.
