Final farewell for Newburgh detective who died at 35

Police have arrested a fourth suspect nearly three years after a fatal drive-by shooting at a Beacon housing complex.

Police say Jarell Brown faced charges of murder and conspiracy in connection to the 2022 killing of Lionell Pittman. All charges against Brown have since been dismissed.

The victim was gunned down in a housing complex on May 14, 2022.

Three other suspects were apprehended last year.
