An affordable housing project for seniors in Ossining has just been given final approval.
The Westchester IDA has voted in favor of providing financial incentives for the $44.5 million project, known as Crescent Manor Ossining.
The three-and-a-half-story building will consist of 74 units of affordable senior housing with different income levels and will be located at 136-140 Croton Ave. on a vacant site.
