Police are searching for four men who they say are responsible for robbing a woman at gunpoint in Highbridge.
The NYPD says the robbery happened near 942 Gerard Ave. just before 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 26. They say the men forcefully removed a 21-year-old woman’s jewelry from her neck before one of the men displayed a firearm.
Police say the robbers ran from the scene on East 162nd Street toward River Avenue.
The NYPD asks anyone with information to call its Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
