3ds agoInvestigators appointed by the state attorney general's office are expected to speak with a third accuser of Gov. Andrew Cuomo today.
The interview with Ana Liss comes amid three investigations into Cuomo's conduct. There is also a federal investigation into how Cuomo's administration handled COVID-19 and nursing homes.
Liss is a former aide to the governor who says he asked her about six years ago if she had a boyfriend and made gestures that she believes objectified her.

The state Assembly has hired the law firm Davis, Polk and Wardwell to lead its impeachment investigation.
The attorney for one of Cuomo's accusers, Charlotte Bennett, is disappointed with the hiring of Davis, Polk and Wardwell. She points out that a retired partner in the firm, Dennis Glazer, is married to Court of Appeals Chief Judge Janet DiFiore.
That's the court that would preside over any impeachment proceedings. In addition, Glazer has been appointed to a number of commissions by Cuomo.
Cuomo denies touching any women inappropriately and says he will not resign.
