Three inmates from Dutchess County Jail now face additional charges in connection to separate incidents stemming from their original offenses.
The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office says Jason Wands, 39, of Hyde Park, has been charged with criminal contempt for allegedly violating a restraining order through a phone call last Wednesday.
Saed Ramadan, 45, of Wappingers Falls, faces charges of criminal contempt and aggravated family offense for a similar violation.
Both individuals were arraigned before the City of Poughkeepsie court and are due back next month.
The most recent arrest involves 31-year-old Jamel Williams, from East Fishkill, who allegedly attacked and injured another inmate. Williams faces charges of assault and is scheduled to appear in the City of Poughkeepsie court later this month.
All three remain in custody at the Dutchess County Jail.
