A 22-year-old New Windsor man has been arrested in connection with a violent stabbing that occurred at the Old Forge Hill Apartments on Thursday morning.

The victim, a 45-year-old man, was found with stab wounds to his face, chest, and hands. He was treated by first responders.

Khiyan Bascus now faces several charges, including attempted murder.
