A fugitive wanted on murder charges in Pennsylvania has been arrested in Orange County.

Town of Woodbury police say officers responded Saturday to the area near the Walmart on Larkin Drive after receiving reports of a stolen vehicle and an armed and dangerous homicide suspect.

Authorities identified the suspect as 43-year-old Amaury Rosado-Laboy.

Police say Rosado-Laboy was pulled over and taken into custody without incident.

Investigators say he was wanted out of Reading, Pennsylvania, on charges including murder and aggravated assault.

Rosado-Laboy is being held pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
