Road closures remain in place across the Hudson Valley this morning as communities continue cleaning up after four days of rain and powerful storms.

Flooding has forced the closure of a section of the Palisades Interstate Parkway in the Hudson Valley. State police said the parkway is closed in both directions near the Bear Mountain Traffic Circle by Exit 19 in Highlands

State police also say all lanes of Seven Lakes Drive in Sloatsburg are also closed until further notice.

Drivers are being urged to allow extra travel time as crews work to remove debris and repair storm damage.

Crews continue working throughout the region to restore normal traffic patterns and clear affected roadways.
