The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying eight individuals wanted in connection with an attempted robbery on the Grand Concourse.
Police say the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. in front of 2917 Grand Concourse, where an 18‑year‑old man was approached from behind by eight unidentified men.
The group pushed him to the ground, then punched and kicked him while attempting to remove property from his pants pockets, according to investigators.
The individuals fled in an unknown direction. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital in stable condition.
