The threat for thunderstorms, strong and severe, returns tonight. Air quality was poor for today, as smoke lingers into the night. However, it has slightly improved, and with the help of the rain, we could see more manageable air quality tonight with a light haze into Sunday. The storms are expected to develop around dinner time and will clear out just around midnight. Make sure you have your alerts on and you check the forecast frequently as the weather can change rapidly.
