Moms have a lot on their plate, whether they express it or not.

A new study takes a closer look into moms and mental health - and finds that their mental health is really taking a toll.

The study by CVS Health and Harris Poll finds that more working mothers have been diagnosed with anxiety or depression than the general population.

Working mothers are also increasingly stressed about the financial health of their families, affordable living costs and inflation.

Less than 40% of these mothers are currently seeking help for mental well-being.

Cara McNulty, president of behavioral health and mental well-being at CVS Health, explains what moms can do if they're feeling any of these symptoms.
