Police are searching for a man who attempted to steal tools from inside a residential building in Kingsbridge.
The incident happened near Corlear Avenue and West 238 St. on April 10 just after 7 p.m.
Investigators say the man entered a residential building and removed multiple tools from the basement.
While he was leaving, a resident confronted him. The man abandoned the tools on the sidewalk before fleeing.
