Two people are facing charges, and a pub is shut down after a police investigation into underage drinking in the city of Poughkeepsie.
City police say they got multiple complaints about the situation at "The Derby" pub at 96 Main St.
Officers found about 20 percent of the people inside were underage.
Two bartenders were arrested.
Investigators also found multiple code violations at the pub and closed it down. They say it will stay closed until those violations are addressed.
