More than $14 million in state funding will go toward repaving four roads, with projects planned in Westchester and Putnam counties.
The funding announcement was made by Sen. Pete Harckham, Assemblyman Chris Burdick and Assemblyman Matt Slater.
The funding will support the repaving of sections of Routes 35, 117, 118 and Route 120.
The roads are located in the towns of Somers, Bedford, New Castle and Carmel, as well as the village of Mount Kisco.
The work will be carried out by the state Department of Transportation and is scheduled to start in 2027.
