There are new crime numbers, new mental health response plans and real concerns when it comes to school safety staffing. Councilmember Oswald Feliz, chair of the Public Safety Committee, joins News 12's Heather Fordham to break it all down.

Tax season is here and so are the scams. News 12 Anchor Rich Barrabi sat down with the special agent in charge of the IRS about the newest tricks criminals are using and the changes to tax bills that taxpayers should be aware of when they're filed.

New York City publics schools are encouraging teachers to explore the use of artificial intelligence technology. A new guidance was released on what artificial intelligence can and can not be used for in New York City public schools. But not everyone is on board. Some argue there are unknown risks that could put students in danger.
