Fairfield native Mac Forehand qualified for the slopestyle finals Tuesday at the 2026 Winter Olympic Games.

Forehand is competing in his second Olympics. He placed 15th in 2022 in Beijing, but was the top American in the event.

His family is cheering for him every step away through his journey. They weren't able to join him in 2022 due to COVID-19 restrictions.
