Some Rockland County residents got quite the surprise this morning when a bear was spotted roaming their neighborhood.

A News 12 viewer sent in video showing the bear on Powder Horn Drive in Wesley Hills around 7 a.m.

In the video, a woman appears to be walking with a stroller just feet away from the animal.
